The art of saying thank you! Priceless

It takes me back a minute or two when I receive a thank you note. Not that I don't get them but they are rare these days. As I walk to my mailbox, pull out the daily mail to see that I am honored with the sweet smell of freshly delivered snail mail. The hard pressed stamps from the post office and the hand written address addressed to me..I get as excited as a school girl. I know it sounds crazy but somethings in this world are that special! I recently received one of those special notes from a newly married couple. Their thank you note included all of the right elements to make me, the receiver, feel special...the greeting..the thank you...mentioning the gift...mentioning something special about the gift... the event...and a lovely sign off. It gives me goose bumps as I write this.  Let us not forget how special this art is and that we never lose it.
