About Catherine Holloway
As the head of Etiquette Consulting Services, Holloway is using her unique expertise to teach professionals, young adults, children, and business professionals how to act accordingly in an array of social situations. She believes good manners create opportunity by fostering diplomacy, civility and professionalism.
Holloway holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Franklin University (Columbus, OH ), and she attended The Ohio State University. Ms. Holloway is also a graduate of the Etiquette Institute (St. Louis, MO). As a highly recommended guest and speaker she has been a frequent expert on local and national radio and television discussing matters of etiquette, personal change and protocol, and she is considered the Midwest ’s leading authority on etiquette instruction.

With the goal of teaching etiquette as a tool for personal empowerment, Holloway started Etiquette Counseling Services in 1994, and has helped open doors for thousands of students. She lives with her husband and daughter in the Cleveland area.
